White Paper available in Mandarin 该白皮书从全面的“同一健康”（One Health）视角出发，探讨活体野生动物贸易、人畜共患病风险、生物多样性丧失、动物福利以及全球卫生安全之间复杂的关联。白皮书依据当前科学证据和国际政策发展，重点指出野生动物贸易链和活体动物市场如何为病原体的出现、传播和溢出创造条件。 白皮书分析了合法与非法野生动物贸易的主要驱动因素和风险因素，包括国际异宠贸易、线上交易、监管漏洞以及全球供应链等内容。白皮书进一步提出了以预防为导向的应对措施和政策建议，旨在从源头降低大流行病风险，同时促进生物多样性保护、动物福利和生态系统完整性。 该白皮书由国际野生动物贸易健康风险联盟“变革性系统变革：宏观图景”工作组编写，汇集了公共卫生、兽医学、自然保护、法律、动物福利和同一健康治理等领域的跨学科专业知识。 本白皮书旨在为政策制定者、国际组织、民间社会行动者以及其他利益相关方提供支持，帮助其应对野生动物贸易、人畜共患病出现以及环境可持续性之间相互关联的挑战。 The document was submitted to the eleven members of the Steering Committee for review and was …
